| Empowering Girl Student |
 From less than 5% girls in 1995, quite obviously due to EMPI's well organized secure campus life and much appreciated disciplined work schedule, the number of girls admitted has grown to 45 % in 2008. Needless to say that their all round participation, be it in studies, physical fitness - Yoga or Karate and cultural activities has made them perform equally well - not only in the class room but all round.

Focus on quality education and upbringing with a global outlook has indeed given an edge to the EMPIans over others, resulting in all passed out EMPIans getting 100% placements. Also special modular training imparted with some lead organizations (of course, with added inflowing support through EMPI's vast alumni network) has helped EMPIans gaining a lead in corporate matters.

Targeting global standards of R&D based pedagogy, EMPI launched research since 1998 with EU sanctioned India-Italy-Finland study. Student exchange programmes as well as joint research programmes for faculty in institutions in US - Fordham & Wharton (Globe Project with EMPI+IIM-C+XLRI participation), FRANCE - ESC Riems & LilLe, ITALY - SAA, Turin and the like have been a part of the curriculum. This enabled EMPI to earn the 10th All India Rank for `Intellectual Capital’ amongst the Indian B-Schools in the year 2000. Continuing to work on Research Projects, both at National & International level has led EMPI's Research efforts to win conferring on it the recognition by the 5 star NBA ranked ANNA UNIVERSITY for conducting Ph.D studies in Management under the guidance of leading Senior Professors and Ph.D Guides.

- Holding of INT'L & National CONFERENCES & SYMPOSIA in partnership with international organizations like the AMIC, Singapore, MIT, the European Union, Japanese Management Study Group, academia by Wharton & Fordham University (USA), the ICTPI and the AICTE.
- WE THINK FOR INDIA: Policy drafting body created by EMPI drew commendation of the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in 2003 for its first proposals on Manufacturing Policy
- MISSION INNOVATIVE INDIA: 2005-20 launched by the then President Dr. Abdul Kalam is being pursued through holding national competition for conferment of the prestigious EMPI- INDIAN EXPRESS award. More than 1200 organisations have enrolled the mission till date.

Foundation of EMPI B-School, in green pollution free surroundings in South Delhi with its unique 24x7 learning environment, conceptualized by Psychologist Pankaj (now Vice President), was laid by EMPI Patron Chairman Ajit N. Commencing with its flagship AICTE approved PG level Programme in Business Management, conducted under the direction of former Director BHEL & Sr. Management consultant (Commonwealth, UK) Mr. Gurnam Saran (now President) & Expert Advisory Body Chairman Mr. P. S. Bami, EMPI has added specialized intense industry interactive PG level Professional Programmes listed at (2) to (5) below. Their curriculum are crafted under expert guidance of India's icons and delivered through its Centers of Excellence (CoEs) chaired by Ms. Tara Sinha, Dr. D. V. Kapur, Dr. Udai Pareek and Mr. N.
